Oxxean

Terminal operations study approved by the Maritime Authority, securing the operational permit for Oxxean's aquaculture terminal.

The Challenge

Oxxean needed a Terminal Operations Study approved by the Maritime Authority to secure their operational permit. The study required detailed documentation of vessel traffic patterns, berth capacity, safety protocols, and emergency procedures at their terminal.

Without the approved study, Oxxean could not operate. The Maritime Authority demanded a rigorous submission that demonstrated the terminal could handle its planned operations safely.

Our Solution

We conducted the full terminal operations assessment. We analyzed vessel traffic patterns, berth utilization, and turning basin requirements. We documented safety protocols for every operation type, from equipment loading to vessel maneuvering.

The study covered emergency response procedures, contingency plans for adverse weather, and communication protocols between terminal staff and vessel crews. Every section had to withstand regulatory scrutiny: a rejected submission meant starting over while the terminal remained inoperative. We prepared the complete submission package for the Maritime Authority.

The study was approved. Oxxean secured their operational permit and cleared the regulatory block that had kept the terminal from operating.
